No. Echo Raids work similarly to Fiendish creatures: only Common and Uncommon creatures can become Echo Wardens, so Rare and Very Rare creatures are not part of this system.
Just imagine how unfair it would be if you could spawn an Echo Raid of Midnight Panthers, for example. You could potentially get 8 Panthers in a single raid, meaning you would have 8 chances of taming her on your main character or taming her with other characters.
I do think they may eventually introduce another way to obtain the additional points related to these creatures, though. They are missing the Echo Warden seal on their Bestiary pages, and it feels a bit strange that they can have a Soul Core but cannot become Echo Wardens.
