How much time do you have to kill the Ugly monster?

Question

I noticed that this creature disappear after a time. Sometimes I made to kill it, and some times I ran out of time I guess because I didn't make to kill it.

So, someone knows how much time do u have to kill it?

If I counted good it's 25 seconds to kill it. SD and terra doesn't work and I had problem to kill it solo on 650 ED :(
