Which creature/boss drops ring of souls?

This item drops from one of the new bosses or from regular creatures? If its from a boss, what I have to kill?

According to Wiki br, also some players already reported, the Ring of Souls drops from the boss Brain Head  located at the Netherworld which you can kill during the Feaster of Souls Quest. You can enter with a team of maximum 5 players to kill the boss.

*Also players related to drop it from the final boss The Pale Worm
