How do I obtain Noble items?

I was wondering how people get items such as:

 Noble amulet

 Noble Cape

They don't seem to be part of a quest or dropped by anything. So how do people obtain these items. They do seem to sell to yasir for quite a bit as well.

This question is easily answered by official manual, unfortunately my flag was ignored. I don't think that asking about every item in game builds valuable content.

It would be amazing if someone do a summary of every  big update related boss loot/important loot also giving their respective update tag so that way ppl who is looking for that information will find it easily and also would give a real sense to this easily manual answered questions,

You can loot Noble Cape  from Lord Azaram  (Boss in Grave Danger Quest)

You can loot Noble Amulet  from Duke Krule  (Boss in Grave Danger Quest)
