I live in the usa and I've lived in 3 different states: New York, Texas, and California. I know the closer you are to the server the less lag you have. Is it possible to know where in the country a server is located? I currently reside in Pacera.

The state inside the country not just United Kingdom, Brazil or USA but more specific than that. Is there a way?

Cipsoft do not announce where are the servers are exactly located so you won't have an official localization. Of course you can use software that send a signal to the local data but that isn't easy to do and not always works.
