Is there a way to look up past help tickets on Tibia's website?

I want to be able to look up my old help tickets. I was wondering if there's any other solution rather than rummaging through your emails or contacting support itself? And I'm talking about tickets from years ago.

It's not possible to check history of your old tickets. You can only do it  on your email account history. You can see on the website only tickets which were made by the website.

So I'll have to message cipsoft about past tickets then if I don't have the emails? :(
