It's possible to face Professor Maxxen after finish Hero of Rathleton Quest?

Today my friends and I finished the Hero of Rathleton Quest, but we didn't drop the Glooth glider casing, one of the item need for the Glooth Glider Mount. I wanna know if is possible to face it once again after finish the quest. In case were possible, there is a cooldown?
