Umbral.maste Umbral master bow has 5% hit.rate hit rate and bow of destruction.6% im.wondering if im destruction 6%. I'm wondering if I'm using cristallime crystalline arrow with skill 100+ wich which one have more chnace of hiting.or chance of hitting; or if both will have 100% hit chance.
