What happens to the items inside the house when I sell it to someone else?

As the question says. Will they be transferred to my inbox automatically or will they be left in the house for the new owner?

If you wanna sell your house for someone remember to take your items because after transaction items will be still inside.

Items will be transferred to your inbox only if you lose or leave house without the new owner.

I recommend to take items before all transfers. Few days ago one girl lost her house and all items because there was bug on Antica (she wanted to transfer her house to another character).

Store items belonging to your house will be in your mailbox but not the other ones, because store items are character-bound.
