How to get a Full Battle Mage Outfit?

Hi, after writting my answer to the most expensive achievements, I am curious now how to get a full Battle Mage Outfit. Why is it so expensive?

1.To get the outfit you have to report all done missions from The Secret Library Quest to Npc Dedoras. You can find him in Cormaya, here.

OUTFIT 

2. First Addon (book) - give to Npc Dedoras 5x Sturdy Book. You can loot it from Library Mini bosses.

3. Second Addon (hood) - give to Npc  Dedoras 20xEpaulette. You can loot it from Library Mini bosses.
