Hello, I've seen today this item in one of the houses in Yalahar. I checked this item on Tibiopedia and Tibiawikia but there is no information how to get it. Anyone knows?

You can loot Token of Love Token of Love.gif from Earl Osam Earl Osam.gif . It's one of the bosses of Grave Danger Quest.
