Does the stacking rule apply to summons on optional-pvp?

So I know we have our level 200 summons and our regular summons, my question applies to both. I know when your stacked inside of another player on optional-pvp only the top player can use attack spells etc. Does this rule also apply to summons? Or can we all attack me and my summon when we're stacked with each other?

I just tested it.

Yes, the rules apply. If your summon is first in stack, then you cannot use any area damage.

But, if you are first in stack, you can use runes, and your summon will also attack, the stacking doesn't apply to him.
