How can I know if Omrafir spawned?

I want to know if there is any other way than just run to his spawn. 

For example when Gaz'haragoth sprawns we got a massage:

What about Omrafir? Can we see when exactly this boss spawns?

Omrafir works, like Ockyacao, there isn't any message that can advice it appears, the only way to know is checking it like you do when you check the normal bosses.

Sadly you can't.

The only way as you said is to check it manually. We usually leave a low lvl char logged out there.

It usually spawns a few days after Gaz'haragoth does, so maybe this info could help you to check it easier.
