If my server ended the event successfully, we get that 50% + experience, would it be like having double exp? Supposing that if I buy a Exp Boost I will have on my XP Gain 300%? How it works?

Not exactly like "double exp" weekend, but you're right!:) In case of succes you'll have 300% on green stamina with additional XP Boost, 225% just with green stamina and 150% with no premium stamina and no boost.

According to tibiopedia.pl world's reward is 25% faster mana and life regeneration and 50% te exp. Nothing about the loot :(

Correct. The cake event has nothing to do with loot:

10:36 The cake island has been conquered this year! Regeneration and experience gain are increased for 7 days for premium members.
