Ornate Tome is dropped byGhulosh. Apparently it could have been introduced on April Fool's Day 2019. How much it might be worth?

Ornate Tome is not a rare item. It falls out the same as the rest of the books from this boss and is more or less the same price. Unfortunately, this item is not on the market. The price of this book is between 250k-1kk. The price may vary depending on the server. I have 2 in my collection, one from a friend and the other from a boss.
