closed Screenshot in tibia are black after i took ss in game

When i take a Screenshot in game, my pictures are black even if i use Gyazo its black and even if i press windows buttom and printscreen on keyborad all my pictures are black.....

Cipsoft made some changes in order to battle the casino bots ingame (i believe), therefor in order to take a screenshot ingame you have to hotkey it ingame instead. This is why the print screen button on your keyboard doesnt work as normally.
