Where's the best spawn of Poachers to kill for bestiary?

I'm trying to complete the Poacher bestiary and I've tried a couple of disappointing spawns. Where's a good location of Poachers? If you could include the location and the amount of Poachers there I'd greatly appreciate it.

In my opinion the best spot is on Port hope but it is a world change (it's chance to find Arthom The Hunter boss)
