What quest is the pickable Stone Pile 15 steps North of KnightWatch Tower for?

Fifteen steps north of the Knightwatch Tower is a pickable stone pile leading to two quest locked doors. Can anyone tell me what quest this relates too? Apologies but I didn't take a screenshot

This is the Dreamer's Challenge Quest. https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/Dreamer%27s_Challenge_Quest

Once you complete the challenge you choose to join Brotherhood of Bones or Nightmare Knights. Depending on which one you join you have access to one of the doors and it takes you into Knightwatch Tower to use the teleports.
