Is it possible to use a hotkey to get the loot?

Hi!

Normally on tibia we use the mouse to get the loot, but I wonder if is possible to use a hotkey to get the loot instead of the mouse?

How can I configure it?

No mate, it is not possible, it would have to big impact ingame. You can set hotkeys on mouse, but they won't pick up Your loot.
