Is there a 'secret treasure' in the Maze of Lost Souls, what is it and is it related to a quest of some kind?

Was reading on reddit today and read of a mention of a secret treasure in the Maze of lost souls. Never heard mention of it and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it?

The treasure they are talking about it’s a room that you can see in Maze of Lost Souls but nobody knows how to reach, it has a crown and other items.

I'm not sure what the secret treasure they are referring to is. There are a few quests you can do here to gain some items. Griffin Shield, Crystal Wand, and some Maps are the notable items.
