Is the wall on the +4 floor of Falcon Bastion breakable? If so, how can I break this wall?

Upstairs in the Falcon Bastion (+4 floor), if you head to the north part, there is a wall. A while ago before some updates, I remember the wall being open. Nowadays this wall is not open. I wonder if this wall can be torn down, if so how?

You can find a Can of Grease on 0 floor and use it to open the gate on the 4th floor.

I have been there to actually check the above, but there was no wall/gate...
