What are the type of damages that Deathling Scout do?

Many questions about Deathling Scout attack damage.

From what I've researched, they give the following attacks:

Melee (0-300), Hunting Spear (200-400), Boulder (150-300), Dust Bomb on itself (350-550).

What are the type of damages that Deathling Scout do?

Life drain? I wanted to use an item on the "Arrow" in my set.

Deathling Scout has Physical and Earth listed as damage types here, and is weak against Earth and Energy, strong against Death and immune to Fire and Ice as backed up here

Melee - Physical damage

Hunting Spear - Physical damage

Boulder - We can assume physical damage because it is similar to the Behemoths boulder attack

Dust Bomb - Earth damage (damage received shows up as green text)

From what I can find The Deathling Scout does not have a life drain attack

For something to put in your arrow slot for life drain, that would be the Bone Fiddle
