How many Dimension is in Tibia so far?

How many and what kind of Dimensions we have in Tibia which we can enter? How they are presented on Tibia maps- separately or together?

Lets see, we got Yelothax dimension ( portal opened by raging mage)

Kraknaknork dimension ( the one in Rookgarad that you get killed by)

the cube? ( I not really sure but I guess the space inside the cube is in another plane not sure if is same of another dimension)

Jack of the future quest ( jack is supposed to be in another dimension parallel to ours.

I will think a bit more about it if I can remember something else i post in comments.
