What is the difference between training in a dummy at a house and training in a dummy where the statues of offline training are?

I have heard one time that training in a dummy from a house is more efficienet, so is that true?

Dummies, that you can use in your houses looks different - you have 3 options to choose:

• Ferumbras Excercise Dummy
• Monk Excercise Dummy
• Demon Excercise Dummy

Your personal Dummies are 10% more efficient than regular Exercise Dummies but it can only be used by one player at a time.
