Hello, I want to know if the Unholy Book is a rare or semi-rare item? Also, does anyone know the price?

This is kind of two questions in a way, the price and rarity of the book.

To me a rare are items like  Golden Helmet, so the  Unholy Book looted by  Ushuriel with 4.18% (Loot Statistics:Ushuriel) and taking in count as you can farm this boss (Kill it without limits) and it is not difficult to kill him.

About the price, it gonna depend of the seller, the buyer and server.

due the fact that its a drop of ushuriel and it has 4.3% of chances on giving it i would say its semi rare since is not hard to kill this boss even when its a boss of inquisition and can be killed many times in the same day, prices on to many factors and vary with time due this is not possible to answer or any answer i could give you would go out of date with time.
