How to obtain the Lion Spangenhelm?

Since I do not play much after update, I'd like to know the possible ways to obtain a Lion Spangenhelm? It's drop from bosses only or there are any creature with chance to drop it?

You Can loot Lion Spangenhelm  from:

Drume:

Ancient Lion Knight:

Since for now Bounac is still not fully explored I will update my answer as soon as we will know something more about monsters like Ancient Lion Warlock or Ancien Lion Archer.

Until now is confirmed that Lion Spangenhelm is loot of Ancient Lion knight and the boss Drume.
