How to obtain Lion Seal?

Question

The item is called lion seal, which would make sense to obtain it from a lion boss, but so far no drops, how do we loot it?

I checked multiple Tibia fansites and they do not list this being a creature drop or how to obtain it. I also checked all the Tibia markets I could (including Antica) and cannot find this item being sold. I asked some of my friends and they have no idea how to obtain it as well. I think right now this item could be unobtainable but I will edit this if I find any more information out.
