I watch streams quite often and it's very common for high level players to not use offline training at all. Their bar is always set to "12:00". Is it worthless to use them after a certain skill?

Are you sure they just aren't at maximum 12.00h training after playing for a while and having it max out? Keep in mind streamers often play a lot longer than the average person so are more likely to max out their training?

Maybe they dont use it on stream, everyone i know uses them since its free and can even when it gives 0.03% of skills is still some skill you didnt have, i have firneds that go from 900 to 1270 and they all use it they are also streamers but as i said they dont use it on stream and as the comment said they play a lot most of the time off stream so they can get back those 12 hours during that time

Offline training is useful for Elite Knights on ANY level, even very high leveled knights may see a small progress. Old Royal Paladins characters which used to be skilled on offline training also achieved really good skills using it.

Everything looks differently with magic vocations like Master Sorcerer or Elder Druid. On higl level you won't see any difference and any progress after 12hours of training. It is simply not worth for lazy people to come back to their houses :D With magic vocation is much easier to advance in your skill using excercise dummy in your house .

Fortunately or not -  if you're a MS or ED, you don't need years to skill your character, but you need to pay a lot.
