Does the double loot also work on fishing or killing the Slippery Northern Pike?

This month is the Cooking Event where we have to deliver some ingredients to the Chef Jean Pierre, one on the ingredients needed for this event are the Northern Pike, on my server this item is a bit expensive, and this weekend is double loot event, so, I was wonder if the double loot even also works on this kind of things? We could get like 2 fish from fishing or could be a higher chance to get one after kill an Slippery Northern Pike.

It will not work for fishing since you are not dropping loot. On the other hand Slippery Northern Pike has his loot increased as the other creatures during double loot event.
