Can I kick out player from the guild and then instantly attack him or does he need to log out first?

As mentioned above, how does that work? Will the guild member rank dissappear after he's using a boat travel or teleport to another place? Or after his death? It's an open-pvp server btw. Thanks a lot for your replies!

The character only leaves the guild when relogging, so if you are in the same guild, you have to wait for him to relog in order to attack

It does need to re-log, it won't work on a simple boat travel or teleport.

Information related to premium status and guild needs to be updated by doing a re-login into the game.

No you cant. First you need to logout from game and re enter again to be able to attack him.
Optinally, you can attack this person even if he doesnt log out if you both share the same pvp situation (for example, attack the same pk).
