closed Is it worth using utura or utura gran as an Elite Knight? If so, when?

I am playing a low level Elite Knight (around level 85) and I tend to use utura quite often because I think it's worth it despite its "high" mana cost (at least for my level it feels a bit high). Am I wasting mana with it or is it worth it?
