A lot of people using Win10 have this problem. Sometimes it is caused by auto screenshots (you got an achievement, killed the boss, made a level etc) and suddenly your client stop working. Sometimes a simple movement, map click makes it stop working as well, suddenly on the bottom of your game window a small sentence in red appears and says that Client could not load an image... or "bad_module_info" stopped working - this error window often appears and suddenly you client is shutting down.

To sum up - this is kind of graphics problem.

I have no idea how to solve it, the problem must be in client. I know people to tried guides found via google about "bad module info" error and it helped. On the other hand I tried everything and nothing has changed. I even did a full comp format and nothing.

My suggestion is to disable possibility to make auto screenshots by client.

Well, I got similar crashes usuallu after entering the Thais depo (I have no idea why) screenshots, also map clicks during hunts etc. I'm aware that disable auto ss may won't fully solve the problem.

While i can't put my finger on what is causing it for sure try the following:

-Update windows and graphics driver

-Try different antialiasing and render setups (opengl or directx)

-Limit fps to 60

-Disable light effects and automatic screenshots

-Change thermal paste as the crashes might also be caused by processor high temperatures
