Is it possible to visit and talk with Arkhothep?

I'd like to know if I can go to Arkhothep and speak to him. I'm on the search for the Soul Ruby so I'm wondering if anyone knows how to reach him or at least see him.

no, its not.. at least nobody could yet. as far as i know.

however, a long time ago (2006, winter update) arkhothep appeared for the first time as a creature on a test server in ankrahmun, something like a pharaoh boss. after that, only 2010 and 2012. source

i fought him the first time, it was when ocera was released. sick folk. 2010/2012 i was retired. im trying to remember what it was screaming but i cant.

in other words, you could kill it but not talk to it.
