Is it still possible to make Diamond arrows?

Now that we can buy the Diamond arrows from NPC's, is it still possible to make our own Diamond arrows?

No, the spell used to create them has been removed. You can only buy it on npc. Spectral bolts 70gps and 100gps diamond arrows. The new exeta for pally is now the "promotion spell".

With the new update it is no longer possible, Royal Paladins can now buy diamond arrows in Npc's. I will leave the answer to another question with which npcs you can buy.
