Does Sap Strength and Expose Weakness work on bosses as well or just on creatures?

Yes, it work on bosses! 

Actually both spells are a good buff to increase the damage and also to helps to defense in hard moments!

You can easly visualize when the magic is still working because on the right side below of the name creature you will see an icon of the status condition, at the picture I used Expose Weakness (exori moe).
