Which is the second very rare item that can be looted from a corym skirmisher?

I recently fully unlocked the corym skirmisher in bestiary and I noticed that has 2 very rare item slots.

I know that one of them is the rat god doll but I looked in several webs and I don't know which one is the second.

According to tibiopedia it should be the spiky club
