Does the Measuring Tibia Quest work for Pirats Raids?

Basically as the main question, with the Pirate's Tail Quest we have to kill some raids of Pirats to earn 1500 points to be considered trusted to Eustacio. Those raids apparently appear in 5 cities according to the following answer.

The thing I want to know is If it's possible to know the location of each raid if you had done the Measuring Tibia Quest?

No, the location of the raids do not show up in the cyclopedia map with the (!) symbol like other raids. The only way to know the location is to ask Eustacio for 'location' and he will tell you which of the 5 cities the raid is at.
