When were houses introduced in Tibia and what were the cities?

There are several types of buildings in Tibia, such as warehouses, stores, banks, houses and guildhalls, my doubt is when it was introduced as houses and which were the first cities to have them. [knowing that only Premium Account players can get it.]

Update 6.4, November 2, 2001

Premium Accounts are introduced, and the new island of Edron is settled. Houses can be owned by private players for the first time. The company CipSoft GmbH is founded.
