I have read how it works but I don't understand. I just wonder if every optional-PVP world can transfer characters to Secura?

Not every character can transfer to every optional-PVP world. Here's why-

  1. If you're on a world that has a  green BattlEye symbol this means it's been protected by BattlEye from the world's creation date. A rule about green BattlEye worlds is you can only move to a game world that has been initially protected by BattlEye if you come from a green BattlEye world. For example, Descubra cannot transfer to Secura because Descubra has a green BattlEye symbol and Secura has yellow. To figure out what BattlEye symbol each world is check out the Tibia Website: Worlds So to sum it up, you will have to world transfer to a world that has the same BattlEye symbol as you. There's eitherimage green or imageyellow. Yellow means the world has been protected by BattlEye since after the world's creation date, like Secura in this case. This can also be read here: What is the difference between "green" and "yellow" BattlEye marks worlds?
  2. In some cases, worlds are blocked. You can see if a world is blocked by once again checking the Tibia: Worlds.  Blocked means you cannot transfer to it but you can transfer away from it.  Secura in this case isn't blocked, but this is good information to keep in mind.
  3. Of course, you need to make sure you meet all the requirements in order to world transfer, which can be seen in the Store or in the Manual: Character World Transfers or FAQ: Character World Transfers

Additional information about world transfers, as seen in How to know what worlds I can world transfer to? and Tibia Fandom: World Transfer

  • A character may only be transferred to worlds of the same type or to worlds with more limited PvP possibilities: from Optional PvP only to Optional PvP, from (Retro) Open PvP to (Retro) Open PvP or Optional PvP, and from (Retro) Hardcore PvP to all game worlds.
  • Characters on a Hardcore PvP game world cannot be transferred to another Hardcore PvP game world if they have been to Calva or Calvera at some point in the past.
  • Characters from all game worlds may move to "locked" game worlds (e.g. Experimental Game Worlds). However, once in a "locked" game world, characters can only move to other "locked" game worlds.

Is it possible to transfer from Retro Open PvP to non-Retro Open PvP? The post says "from (Retro) Open PvP to (Retro) Open PvP" but that's ambiguous for this specific case.

Yes you can transfer from retro open pvp to open pvp. In the charts case their saying whatever is in the parentheses can be removed and it will be the same situation. Does this make sense?

My confusion is the following: if Retro Open PvP is considered more strict than Open PvP or the other way around like you just said (before editing your comment), then why is it possible to transfer from Open PvP to Retro Open PvP? If what's between the parentheses can arbitrarily be removed, it suggests instead that Retro Open PvP and Open PvP are considered to be equally strict for the purposes of world transfers. So which is it?

I don't know anything about pvp, sorry. Maybe you can ask another tibiaqa question for clarification this one is just about optional. But it suggests of the same rules or stricter. " A character may only be transferred to worlds of the same type or to worlds with more limited PvP possibilities: from Optional PvP only to Optional PvP, from (Retro) Open PvP to (Retro) Open PvP or Optional PvP, and from (Retro) Hardcore PvP to all game worlds."
