Does Cleanse work on reduced magic level?

Hello, I have a question about the Cleanse charm. If I am hunting on shockheads with that charm on them, does it works with reduced magic level? Or it will cleanse only Kor and Pox? I don't have yet points to unlock that charm but maybe you guys know how it works? It would be helpful get back my magic level and be temporarily immune on that negative effect.

According to https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/Cleanse, it does not work on skill debuffs. Only status effects such as bleeding/burning ect..
