How to access Rascacoon/use shell transportation on Issavi?

I was hoping to access the Exotic Cave Spider cave and according to TibiaWiki, it can be accessed by using a shell, north of Issavi depot. However, using the shell only yields the message You cannot use this object. What are the other requirements needed to use shell transportation on Issavi?

To be able to use this shell you have to have accumulated 1500 points with Eustacio in the "A Pirate's Tail Quest". These points can be gotten by going to the Pirat invasions that occur every 30 minutes after the previous one has ended. There are three different types of invasions and each one rewards points a different way.

• Spy Rats - Each Spy Rat attacked gives 5 points
• Ship Attack - Loading, igniting, and firing the catapult gives 2 points for each step
• Land Invasion - Each Pirat attacked gives 3 points
