Does Lora give gifts out every Tibia Anniversary for your character's age?

Hello, currently it's Tibia's Anniversary and I was trying to get gifts from NPC Lora but nothing I say is working. I'm wondering if she only rewards you during certain anniversaries. Or if that's not the case what do I say to get my reward?

Good question. I tried with present, gift, reward, but nothing is working unfortunately :(

No she does not give out presents for each anniversary, only on the 20th! Yes, she did give presents out based on the creation date of your character!

For characters 1-2 years old, she rewarded 2 Blue surprise bags.

For characters 2-3 years old, she rewarded 3 Blue surprise bags.

For characters 3-4 years old, she rewarded 1 Red Surprise Bag.

Last but not least, for characters 5 years and older, she rewarded 3 red surprise bags!
