Which flags/ banners corresponds to which city/place and is there any reason for it?

We have several flags in Tibia which are assigned and designated to specific locations. I wonder which flags and banners are from which city. As an example:  is assigned to Carlin, however, a white flag   can be seen in Yalahar boats. How is it with the rest of the cities?

This are the flags/emblems I found travelling around: 

Several Cities have white flags in their boats, 

Thais - Green Emblem  Can be found at King's Palace.

Importat to mention: Liberty bay, Edron, Port Hope and Venore belong to the Kingdom of Thais. So this Emblem can also be found in Liberty bay. 

Edron - Banner Can be found at Daniel Steelsoul's place. 

Kazordoon - Banner Can be found at Temple. 

Ankrahmun - Dragon Flag  Can be found at Boat.  EmblemCan be found at Pharao's tower.
