What are the prerequisites quests in The Order of the Lion Quest required for?

TibiaWiki states the following quests must be completed:

• Completed the Order of the Falcon access as part of The Secret Library Quest
• Completed the Order of the Cobra access as part of the Grave Danger Quest
• Completed the Grimvale quest line (The curse spreads)

I was wondering at what point in the quest line are these quests needed? 

For example:

• If you don't have a certain quest will you not be able to take the boat to the island? 
• Can you complete up until Kesar the Younger but then not progress?

At first You dont need curse spreads quest to complete order of lion.

But You need to kill Oberon and Scarlet to finish order of lion :). (achievement: millenial falcon and a study in scarlet).

They are required to grant acces to drume. If You wont kill they You will be unable to fight Drume.

Btw. Quest is quite easy for ms/ed (Your summon can block fugue if You will close his summons in castle). The only problem is with w8 for Kesar and Fugue spawn.

So you can get right up to the Drume mission and kill Fugue but need Oberon and Scarlet to reach Drume? What is the Curse Spreads Quest for?

I talked with some others and seems like that was inaccurate information on TibiaWiki related to the Grimvale quest line and it has been cleaned up now. Thanks for the help.
