How to get achievement "Citizen of Issavi"?

Hello, I saw on some wiki achievement called "Citizen of Issavi" I wonder how I'm supposed to get that? Which grade is it and how many points it give?

I'm surprised you saw the achievement page in the wiki but failed to see the method, points and grade which are always displayed at the same page.

Achievement  Citizen of Issavi you will get after completing  Aspiring Oracle and Wanted missions of the Kilmaresh Quest.

Grade : 1    Points : 2

In other words, by obtaining an outfit I would say. That means you don't have to do the whole quest but only missions required for the outfit but also click the addons items I believe. It also means you don't have to do mission Aspiring Oracle :)
