Hello, I am wondering what do I need to get this mount? It's from the quest or do I need any items to get it?

You need to kill this boss in order to get it: https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/The_Abomination. It will be introduced in this Summer Update. Mount item, Fiery Horsehoe - https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/Fiery_Horseshoe - is in its drop pool, not sure if with 100% chance.
