Transmutator Achievement - Is it guaranteed to get 5 different Transmutations when using Meat the first time?

When doing the Transmutator achievement you are required to use Meat 5 times to turn into a Rotworm, Hyaena, Deer, Lion, and Chicken. When I did this I got 5 different creatures using only 5 pieces of Meat. I was wondering if this was guaranteed to get the 5 different creatures the first 5 times or could it theoretically take more Meat to randomly come across the Transmutation you need?

For each time you use a meat on the transmutator machine, you have equal chances to be transmutated to any of its possible transmutations. So you were lucky in getting all 5 transmutations with 5 pieces of meat.

You're sure there is nothing different about it the first time? Seems very unlikely to get all 5 transmutations with only 5 meat.
