What is the best profit respawn for RP 150?

Hey, I'm looking for a good respawn for a rp lvl 150, i have dist 99 and ml 20. I want to make some profit, i dont care about the exp.

Destroyers -  Formorgar mines is great for drops, i.e Steel Boots.

or Grim Reapers in Drefia.
