Once you get the Elite Hunter rank, how do you request bosses?

At the Killing in the name of... Quest, I want to know how to request a boss task from lower tiers once you get the highest rank.

I'm trying to collect the achievements from the bosses for which I didn't make the tasks, so I'm not sure how to request this from Grizzly Adams.

You can't make tasks from lower ranks. What you can do is to keep making the tasks from your actual rank (in this case Elite Hunter, so bosses 130+) and collect boss points... After that you can request to kill the boss from lower ranks. 
Then you go to Grizzly and say "hi-boss" and he will give you the options.
