I am curious how I can get this chest . Can I use it as a container? Does it have any other use?

Exaltation Chest is a chest you get after using Exaltation Forge during item fusion or tiers transfer. The interesting thing is that we get the chest even if the use of Exaltation Forge is unsuccessful. 

The chest can be used as a container but it only contains two slots (Vol:2). The chest probably only has a decorative role in the game.
